I have not fished in Indiana for quite a while now(born & raised a Hoosier). A PM like this crosses state lines IMO, and I would make it a point to tell everyone EVERYTHING ! I have told folks exactly how, what and where, knowing that most of them 1. will not do how I told them 2. wont use what I told them 3. wont go where I was. I have watched folks do this more than once. Some will always do it their way and others just do not believe. PM's like this will strain a relationship. If someone sent me a nasty PM, that person would NOT get any more help from me!!! Small rant over
