To be very honest, the ISM group just calls each other to share information because many are friends now. I can also tell you this, I send many people to this site, but just like you said HHD, its the other sections within CDC that add the real value to this site. I'll even take it a step further, and say if you just used the search function, you'll have a hard time saying something that has been said a 100 times. You don't have to read to much into it... and it's not about being tight lipped, its about the members becoming friends and using a different platform of communication to communicate.
