I am a long long way from being a master crappie fisher man. I mostly slip bobber minner fish. Last few years been pushing myself to use jigs more. Vertical and tossin 'em. 'Bout 3 years ago I talked to a really great guy at Grizzly Jigs and after he listened to me ramble on 'bout my lack of skill and stuff, he recommended the BnM 7 1/2 ft. "Crappie Wizard". Got it, used it, ordered another one. And as recommend on this site also, I put Shmanno(sp) Senora reels on both rods.
Very very happy happy with my two rigs.
