I use a 6 foot Cabela's rod, light action with a fast taper for all my jig n float fishing. Very responsive and pretty cheap cost-wise...under 40 bucks.
Roaming the banks of the Kankakee River and anywhere else fish might lurk.
That sounds good. I don't want to devote a ton of money to it. I'm just looking for more accuracy;don't care about sensitivity. Cabelas just opened a new store near bye. I'll check it out. Thanks
