I have had my 21' bass boat on Ramsey. I did not remove my 225 Merc, or the prop or the gas. Nothing was said to me and the lake was so busy you did not need a boat to fish because you could walk from one deck to another there where so many boats on the water. It was one of the first bluegill spawns.

I did not take any chances when loading and used the Tm and winch to load the boat. It is a pain and can be a bit dangerous but so is talking to a CPO about using the motor to load.
