    I got my wine making buddy aka Tickle coming and I got him to commit to smoking a couple pork butts for us He taught me and helped me build my smoker so I guarantee it will be good. He is going to do it before we head done so we aren't stuck watching a smoker for 12-14 hrs. Slab will vouch for him based on his ribs

    Steve, how may coming ?     yes Friday its Sausage and maybe burgers and we will do it at my place unless we get to many coming then we might have to do it at eagle. We ought to start about 6 on and eat by 7.
