I was lucky enough to have a friend who installs carpet for a living who did mine for me. I ordered my carpet from boat carpet.com out of Indiana and was well satisfied. I had checked with a couple auto upholstery shops which both said they could do it but my buddy was a lot cheaper and I got it done quicker. Word of advice ,if you can find someone to cut carpet and install for you, you could save a lot of money if you take your boat apart yourself. My friend and I found that was the most time consuming part of the job. We removed the front deck, console and all compartment lids, rod lockers and even removed floor. You probably wouldn't have to go to this extreme, but mine did turn out nice doing it that way. He wrapped carpet under all edges. After we got done I kinda understood why the upholstery shops were pretty high!
