Rend Lake crappie spawning questions
1) about what week in April do you folks expect the crappie to start moving into the buck brush this year since its been a hard winter?
2) is the lake level high enough for good buck brush fishing or does Rend need some rain in a bad way?

They will spawn on any cover they can find. There are bushes in the water right now just not a lot like there usually are.
