Dr. Lee from Bonutti's Clinic in Effingham is doing the surgery, he did the left shoulder 2 years ago and did a great job but as far as the therapy goes, he said they will have to be careful cause this one is more seriois of the complete tear. I had to quit therapy on the left shoulder cause I was loosing range of motion in it, now I have full range and better than ever.
