    I used to shoot 90#, then 80#, then 70#, and now I shoot 60#. Shot a doe for the freezer and shot a 4 blade 1 1/4" cut broadhead completely through her on a hard quartering shot so heavy poundage is not necessary. I wish I'd known 40 years ago. Bows are definitely hard on your shoulders.

    Kinda sounds like what i had. labrum torn bicep tendon and rotator cuff. after that healed i had elbow surgery on same arm for tendon tears
