    In WI. we a aloud 3 hooks in the water. That's any combo of 2 jigging rods and one tip up. STEVE

    Here in PA, we can use 5 of any combination, with 2 hooks on each.

    Yesterday I picked up my fishing license for this year. I guess starting this year Iowans can get a permit for a 3rd line for an extra $12.
