Great report. Thanks. Always take other peoples reports with a grain of salt. Sometimes they fib. I know thats hard to believe but they do. I even did it once. Besides that we all know fishing can go from disastrous to fantastic in just minutes. Thanks again.

On that lake with charlie we usually keep 15 to 20 really nice ones limit 30 but last couple of times not so much. Oh well it's why it's fishing and they are there somewhere we just have to hunt them up. He is just stubborn about putting FF on as he bought it a year ago and would really help finding structure and fish as we all know.

felt good about ketchn on my home lake as most folks I have talked to complain about hardly ketchn any at all. But then when send them pics they arn't surprised said Dang it I knew you would find them. But reason they fail as they keep doing same things over and over and I will adjust.

I think where the problem is likely making the decision of waiting for the fish to become active, or moving and trying new things out i.e. locations, baits & presentations. Most just seem to stick with the status quo and hope the fish start biting.

Thing is they have been fishing this way on these couple spots for many years and reluctant to try anything else. Most of best fisherman who come almost every day are older than I and I'm up there scrambling up and down riprap and several are stove up and fall quite a bit so seems silly to me. I will stop and visit with them and they know, mostly, where I fish and could drive right up there themselves and have seen my buckets full o crappie but are just too stubborn to change. I have had to stop more than once to slow the flow of blood from latest gash and help them up.
