    Crazy the spawn down here Skeet, that 3rd pic fish looks like it hatched in July when it was probably 88F water temps, anyways good way to shake a bug....

    That is the most pronounced lateral line i've seen on crappie. Does it fade on the bigger ones where you're at?

    FA, I would have to say yes. I don't see it that distinct on fish just twice that size. Might be a defense thing for the younger fish.
