    Fishing is just like anything else you can use the time and get tired of it, I retired in 2004 and bass fished 5 to 6 days a week for 8 months. I learned more about fishing in that 8 months than I learned in the 40 years before it. I then went back to work for 6 years and started crappie fishing again after many years and have only fished 2 or three days a week for the last few years and still have a long learning curve for crappie but that is the fun of it.

    Retirement isn't all it's made out to be...no vacation, holidays, or sick leave. On the plus side, the commute isn't bad. Oh, yeah, do everything possible to stay out of doctors' offices--they are a black hole for fishing days.
