way to go cant wait for my day(not that long now)
Fishing is just like anything else you can use the time and get tired of it, I retired in 2004 and bass fished 5 to 6 days a week for 8 months. I learned more about fishing in that 8 months than I learned in the 40 years before it. I then went back to work for 6 years and started crappie fishing again after many years and have only fished 2 or three days a week for the last few years and still have a long learning curve for crappie but that is the fun of it.
Hope you enjoy it you have earned it!
Congratulations. Remember to take a shower from time to time....
It gets better with every passing day. One day you will wonder how you ever managed to find time to hold down a job. Congrats.
Nothing beats retirement. Been retired for 8 yrs
Retirement isn't all it's made out to be...no vacation, holidays, or sick leave. On the plus side, the commute isn't bad. Oh, yeah, do everything possible to stay out of doctors' offices--they are a black hole for fishing days.
