come up on 300 there is a bridge just north of Warwick there is a public boat ramp at the bridge just as you cross it on the right no charge .that is swift creek or you can get off I 75 at Cordele and put in at the state park that requires a park pass $5.00 .sending you a pm

How far ride from veterans park south to swift creek.
Bringing family with deck boat. Easy find some crappie. Will I need to run the lake. Prob staying lakefront
Yea there is about 3 more creeks you can check out along the way to swift creek.
My boat will run about 40 mph and it is about a 12-15 minute ride...Not bad unless the water is rough. Like Fireman said, there are some creeks along the way that usually do pretty good or you can go north under the 280 bridge and check out Spring Creek on the left. Fishing is getting pretty good right now. Stop in at Flint River Outdoors right across the street from the Veterans State Park entrance and talk with Brad McDaniel and he'll point you in the right direction....Great guy!!![]()
Ok thanks.
