I just have to have them in close and they are done for. I shot one Monday and he ran through the fence into the neighbors yard and his dog grabbed him and finished him off. Ole Butch strutted around the back yard like he had gone on done something. Now he sits on the back steps and wags his tail every time I pick up my rifle with a look of you wing him and I will get him.

Glad you enjoyed the post. I'm glad you found some "neighborhood ammo". I upgraded my arsenal this year. I went to a Ruger 10/22 take down and bought a hogue stock and also went with a 3X9 scope. So far I'm not happy with the stock as it is like aiming a 2X4 board. Hogue makes nice stocks and I may opt for their more traditional stock. I miss the drop.
