We got on the water about 8:00 expecting to get a wet backside, but the rain never came. Couldn't believe we had the whole area to ourselves until Countrytime showed up a little later. At first I thought maybe every body else knew something we didn't know, but the fish were ready to go. We caught 28 before the wind got too bad. The best bait was blue body, chartreuse tail with a pink 1/16 oz head. The 2 best fish were 1lb 13oz and 1lb 15oz, but most were in the 1 to 1 1/4 range. .
