Default lake blackshear slab masters tournament

the weather turned off cold the week of the tourney but most teams still brought a respectible weight to the scales in spite of adverse weather conditions. I was really glad to see the payout of 1400 dollars for first This makes it worth the money you have to spend to be competitive. Congradulations to all that walked away with money and or prizes. Hope to see everyone at lake Talquin.

Thanks for the kind words and I agree we have a pretty darn good group of folks fishing with us. Good people and darn good anglers (men and women). Talquin in February has been known to produce some really big slabs. Hope the weather lets these anglers work the lake and not the lake work them. Looking forward to seeing everyone down there. Hope I get a little time to fish myself! Been too long since I have been able to fish on Talquin. Maybe I can get Hooker to let me ride in the back for a while? I could use some lessons on pulling bugs. Hope to have the web site finished tonight. Appreciate ya'lls patience.

I fully expect 14 plus lbs to come to the scales. chance is there will be more than 1 over 14 better watch Billy and Scott if they are on hand size could bust 15, can"t say enough about how good Craig and Jason will be either everyone better bring their best game if you don:t want to end up like us last time. The competition will be as strong their as any lake i have ever fished. Wind will be the only reason i can see effecting the weights. I predict 14.37 to win, what do yall think ?
