you could have a fouled plug . run on muff and hold your finger on head around cylinders and feel if one is hotter than the other . the cold one would be the one not firing. or pull the plug wires off one at a time when you pull the good one the other will be the one not firing for some reason. run seafoam as directed put in new plugs . some motors has the serfase gap and they will foul easy .
