Dan, I'm sorry that Dragonfly had to experience that. Thank the Lord that she was not physically harmed. Her biggest scars will be mental. I'm sure that you will give her all the support she needs. You are in my prayers. A handgun is a very effective personal defense tool in the right hands. Just make sure that she is prepared to use it when the time comes.

sorry to hear this shine hope she will be ok. My mom works in the beauty shope in Boomfiled Village. The CVS next to her was robed on the 30th and the lootery store on the other side of her was robed on the 31st.It is getting bab all around Macon

Macon is getting really bad and I don't see any end in sight. These people are getting so blatent about it. I would love to hear of some of them getting shot trying to make their escape. I don't think that the police dept. or the sheffifs dept. are capable of doing anything about it or at least it dosen't seem so. When we lived in Macon, our house was broken into about three times. At one point I took off work and parked my truck way up the road and came back to the house and sat in the living room in the dark and in the corner with a .357 in my lap just waiting for some MF to come in. It didn't happen and now im glad because I'd probably be in jail. Something needs to be done. We no longer live in Macon and if we shop in Macon its on the Zebulon Road side and I go nowhere with out "ole bessie".

Bibb County and Macon could take a lesson from Houston County! There was a convenience store robbed Monday night here in Perry about a mile from my home. It happened about 10 PM. There was a State Patrol helicopter and tracking dogs used to apprehend all 3 "suspects" before midnight!!!!!!!!!! My hats off to the law enforcement in Houston County and the different departments in Houston County.
