Default Praise the LORD, I GOT A JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 1 year and 1 month of being unemployed, I finally got a job today. Until you are unemployed, nobody knows how worthless it makes you feel. GOD IS GOOD! I feel like a burden has been lifted off my shoulders. Can't wait to go to work. Look out world here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Congratulations!!!
One of the worst and best days of your life are when you lose your job and when you find another job. The best (outside of marriage and children) is the day you retire...been that way for 3 years now.

I will be selling drugs......legally(pharmaceutical rep). I feel very fortunate to have gotten this job. I am 52, old and fat, but I can sell ice cubes to eskimos. Every job I wanted to apply for said "you cannot apply if you have had more than 2 jobs since graduating from college". In other words 23-25 years old, blonde and beautiful. Now think about it, have you ever seen an ugly female pharma rep or a not so handsome male rep? It was very flattering to have my future employer contact me and ask that I apply for the open position. My former supervisor's and co-worker's recommendations got me this job. My former supervisors and co-workers actually called the hiring manager on my behalf. THANK GOD FOR FRIENDS! I was raised to have a very strong work ethic and have done my best at every job I have ever had. It has paid off by having people that appreciated the good job I did. I am so excited. I will have a manager that I have known for 8 years and consider a friend. I AM VERY BLESSED. Thanks for all the well wishes.
