    I was wondering is there any way to make my State page the one that opens when I go to C.D.C.?

    Yes, open your state forum and mark it as a favorite in your tool bar, When you click on it from your favorite bar it will open your page. If you select the "stay signed in option' it will sign you in when you open it.
