Hello everyone. Name is pretty much applied. My grandfather and grandmother taught me how to fish when i was young, used to take me out to a military lake where we caught mostly sunfish, some crappie. Biggest thing I've ever landed was a 8lb smallmouth bass from the shore on a simple hook and worm line. Funny story that one is, i wasn't paying attention to the float as i was working with my spinner rod. Looking to get some tips from other fishermen around the country as i learned a while back that there is more to fishing than just a hook and worm. Got an assortment of spinners, spoons and crankbait. I might get back into swimbait. Going out and fishing more than just one lake around the area is where I am at right now.
