    Slow your roll there Phantom!!!

This is my first slabfest but lets talk a little rules first. Are we going for the largest 5 or 7? and from what time to what time is the fishing going to happen? and what has happened to tjj? I might call him in out of the bullpen.

boatclub08 - I am interested in coming on thursday the 15th. Looked at the Palm Resort and Marina. Couldn't find any info on lauching and slip availability. Any info?

    See you next week.

    Default boat slips & lodging

Boats slips are available here at Monroe Harbour Marina (where my bait shop is located). They run $25/night minimum + electric (water is included). I'll check on the rates at the Palm Island Resort. They won't offer a discount because we don't have enough people. Palm Island Resort basically shares the same parking lot with the marina.

The public boat ramp is located about 10 yards from my bait shop, boat slips are in the same harbour. Palm Island Resort is about 100 yards from ramp.

Made my reservations at the Palm. Reservation Katrina was not aware of the $59.99, but I will call the manager Monday. The boat slip is $25.00 for the first night and $10.00 after that.

Arriving on thursday the 15th and leaving on the 18th. See you there. Got the paper supplys and table cloths.

Default The Enemy is Near ! !

My Accuweather website only lets me look into the future a couple days at a time.
Just took a look at Thursday overnight, and, is scary !
Sure hope it calms down by Saturday ! !

OK, let the weather watch begin....
Just saw channel #9 weather forcast for Sat morn = 35 deg ! !
I would say that's pretty cold of a mornin.
I can live with it if only the wind doesn't come up, etc...

I see accu-weather predicting high of 63 with wind out of the north at 8 mph with gusts up to 14 mph.
Just buy yourself some of those mittens!
