That's hilarious! I'm from southern Indiana which is a lot like the south, LOL. I did live in Florida for a few years in my twenties...maybe that's where I picked up the lingo?

I haven't fried any yet like I usually do crappie, but I bet they'd almost be as good as crappie done that way. The sheepshead I've caught the past couple years I've done grilled or blackened. Delicious!
