I don’t plan on fishing, my OCD would drive me nuts not making sure that everything was attended to. I’m hoping to get out and add to my stockpile of fresh fillets. I’m going to use Louisiana seasoned breading which has a little heat to it. If there are those that don’t do the heat please let me know so I can get some unseasoned breading. Also, if anyone has a recipe of home made cole slaw, I haven’t had any offer for that yet and I think most folks like a good cole slaw. I’m going to put pen to paper and make a list of who’s good for what and will post it when I do. Easier to fill in the blanks and not double up too much. I also will have access to an ice machine close by so that’s not an issue. Thanks for all the input, it sure helps.

Tim, I will be glad to help you set up and get things going. Paula said that she would provide two pans of slaw, ( one cole slaw and one of brocolli slaw ) and a pan of baked beans . I'll be able to help out with some fillets . I also have a big igloo 162 qt cooler that I could bring for holding ice and drinks.

I would be glad to help you out where I can, just let me know.
