So one of my buddies has had the following email conversation with Volusia County Sherriff Chitwood regarding the no wake restriction (just FYI):

Goodafternoon Sheriff Chitwood,


I nolonger see a posting on the Volusia county emergency management PIN updatesabout the St. John's being no wake in Volusia County. Has the no wakerestriction been lifted?

There is a legal issue concerning the Sheriffissuing no wake zones. County legal is trying to sort it out.
