i couldn't get to oklawaha that am. i live on the other side of the lake. couldn't safely cross. i know where most of the logs are, but only if i can see them! people shouldn't need rules or memos to turn their boat lights on when visibility is that poor. i was fishing on lake eufaula in alabama years ago in an even denser fog when i heard a bass boat zoom by me about 50 mph or so. i think most fisherman in blount's that day were locals. many locals here never use their lights and often don't own any.
