we should be using our boat lights in dusk/ twilight and foggy conditions. fishing at lake talquin in a dense fog in blount's creek the morning of the recent crappie tournament, i had to spend as much time dodging four other boats fishing without lights. it is matter of courtesy and safety. you need lights in your boat. it's the law.
