    Need comments and ideas reference a slabtogether in October...Maybe Monroe or Harney...they both seem to be producing.

    Keep in mind the Mims Mullet Festival is 10/1.....Not that it matters but I'll be out of town 10/15.... That leaves 10/8, 10/22, 10/29

    Any thoughts or ideas or comments?

    Only plus to Monroe is bathrooms and more pavillions. But if we dont start getting more rain Harney might be out simply due to access to lake at the mouth.

    Trying to be nice last weekend I went slow so's not throw everyone fishing at the mouth around. I wound up running aground and having to tilt and idle quite a ways before the depth got right. This past weekend I went thru on plane and turning without issue. We could stand some rain.

    Still waiting for more input, but I'm leaning toward Saturday, October 28th @ Lake Monroe park.... I ain't about to have it on a day where the door prize donor can't be there. Also, I'm sure we can muster up some more prizes as well as a hoopty jar.....maybe keep it affordable....$5.00 per person and $5.00 big fish with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place pay out.

    Still open to more comments!
