    Default Roadrunner comes through.

Griffin has been tough lately but I finally got a couple with Roadrunners before the rains start back up today. Casting it through the Eelgrass piles, feeling the bite was a lot of fun. Only caught a couple small ones though, but only stayed out for an hour or so.

Oh, on another note. I fished a shoreline yesterday (caught squat), and I hear a Harley Davidson start up not too far away. And then I hear real loud and real close by an Alligator roar. I looked on shore and behind a log was an alligator with it's head up roaring in reply to the Harley! too funny...

I'm sure some of you know the sound, like this:

Roadrunners rule! All the Gators seem to get a lil rowdy around here every fall. Aint heard their cheerleaders sound like a Harly yet though? Thats all I got Speckanator to keep from being banned, but a glancing shot off the bow.

Can't go wrong with roadrunners, but I must say that royal blue cap to match the lanyard goes together very well, wifey musta dressed you...that gator, however, must be confused, mating season is suppose to be in May.....

Can't say that I ever heard the rumble they make. Been too close to a few gooduns in too small a boat that made me nervous though.

Rodrunners and beetle spins have put a bunch in my hand. Love the thump on a spinner.

It may not be the mating season but the gators around here been very vocal lately.

And SD, I'll have to wear the Royal Blue shirt next time to go along with it. I might be mistaken for a PRO! or maybe not!!!! lol
