An Italian cajun ? I thought real cajuns had some French backgroundBeing cajun, I tried them when I lived in Fla.You know we are accused of eating anything and that is somewhat true. I liked them. Would not eat a freshwater mullet though. Saltwater mullet was quite popular around Fort Walton. But the speckled trout are much better.

And people like salmon and fresh water trout too. Wouldnt give ya a dime for a hundred pounds of the latter 2. I pay good money for mullet to use as bait if I cant net em. Aint eatin none though.
