I like the spyderlok bases because they are flush on the floor so when I remove them to bass fish, there's no toe stubbing. If I wanna get crafty, I could even fashion some square carpet pieces and velcro to cover. I got a second set of loks on the way, the 3 rod bunch. When it's two of us, we will longline off the back with 8 rods...OR, I am planning on trying to push jigs as well during the summer, some double roadrunners and curly tails under a weight.
When its 3 of us, they will use 2 rods each off the back and I will do the same pushing OR may longline jigs using 2 14s and 2 12s with planer boards...lots of experimenting, gonna be fun!
I hear ya on the "quality" Harold, but you know I'm recreation only and numbers keep everyone happy with a little quality mixed in between
Here she is at the end of the day all messy at the dock:
The nice thing is with just two of us, we can switch between crappie and bass on the same outing. Plenty of room of this boat.

A man remembered never dies.
Are you serious - a 36" t-bar mount ?? is it set to hold rack of 4 each or single rack of 8 with center set up?
Hope so - never know through - i have done some somewhat crazy ideas myself in past.
Thanks
Mike
