Nice fish coming near river mouth around Coes. Also from Freeman to Blount on river channel.

Crossed the Ochlockonee River on I10 about noon today. It was way way up, running fast and muddy as could be. Talquin should be getting all this downstream by now. Was going to stop at LTL and fish 2 or 3 hours but kept going west after I saw the river. May have missed a good time. I did call the Lodge for a report but they were closed as would be expected for today. They will be open tomorrow.

The river below the Lake Seminole dam at Chattahoochee was running wild and very muddy. There must have been a lot of gates open.

Takes a lot of rain to get Talquin. There is a little trash at times but not muddy in lower end. The river is up and has stronger currents but bite is still good. Upper end has slight color but not messing up bite.

That's very good to know. Wish now I had stopped and fished a little.
