In Florida you are required to have some proof of ownership.
The trailer ususally go with the tittle of boat.

In order to move it around you will need a license for trailer. This can be done
by saying it is hand made. Make sure no id numbers on shown and no mfg name
on it..............Again - you will be applying for trailer tittle to move it with.
Believe with age of boat and possible original numbers on it - it can be tracked down
and a duplicate tittle issued to so it is legal in Florida (needs a number on side of boat)Tax collector at Lake Wales office are very helpful in situations of this nature.
They worked with me when i rebuilt a pontoon boat and salvaged a tandem axle trailer
off old Crestliner that went to dump after purchase do as i could make into pontoon
trailer.

You do have a project there - i asure you - you will be a while on it......do not get
discouraged - work on it only a little each day...............
