Well, not a bad couple hours after the rain. Prolly caught 20 crappie, most small, but 6 nice'uns, one in particular which was 14.25. Another touched 14.

The one in my right hand was 14.25 and weighed 1.43lbs. On Crescent it woulda been a 2lber easy.

Anchor Man and anyone that may fish Griffin in the future will be happy to know. I did not want to clean fish today! doh - none were "released to the grease".

Make lots o babies, Griffin is getting better each year.

Don't be looking real close at the pictures here. I know exactly where I released them, and they promised not to move all too far. They're my fish.

Nice job of catch and release Ed. I am even better. I skip the catch and release and just don't catch any to start with.

Oh I forgot to mention. This guy came by ask if I had seen Shu.

Actually a real nice guy. Let me off with a warning for not having any life jackets.

Just kidding. He checked us for safety equipment and yay, we passed.

I heard some rumors that you had learned to catch some fish.

Good Job Slab!! DrDore and I hit it this morning and it was on. He had gotten a couple of 8' rods for Christmas and made 3 trips without getting the stink on them. We changed that today. Caught about 25 and kept 17, freezer is empty, and visited with friends that were enjoying the day too. Glad you got em figured out, aggravating when you know you're doing what you know will work and it doesn't happen. Good job with the C&R also, my last 3 were just that. Too cold to clean em anyway.

Tim I was not going to rub it in that it took you several years to get him retrained. Had to break him from all those bad Billbob habits. Lol
