Thread: Talquin 3-2

Was planning on going to lake Blackshear but got a good report Saturday and decided I better go to Talquin. " The PA -in- LAW" and I launched the boat at 7:30 from Williams and started fishing. Bite was pretty steady. Caught most of our fish deep on bubblegum. Thank heavens for Litewire Hooks. We stayed hung most of the day. I did caught one big MOMA SLAB up the river in 5 fow. (2.1) Brought 17 good uns back to GA with us! I honestly don't think we could have done any better. I even got to meet a fellow CDC member!
