Default I had a visitor today

7:30 am mister flycaster came a calling. It was good to see you and talking to you John. Sorry the fish didn't cooperate for ya. Sure like that deep tracker, looks just like Russ 65 Pontiac's only a different color. Very winy start, I didn't get on the water until 8:30 and quit at 11:30. Had a decent few hours and managed to catch another fish over 2lbs. I'm ready for some warm Florida weather and Eileen is ready also.

    My visitor

    2.02lb. fish

Glad to have stopped by for a short visit with you and your wife.
I released my catch at the dock, so hopefully on Jan. 11th I will be able to start at the dock, catch those I released and only have to get three more for the weigh-in.
Had to use my intermittent wipers all of the way home.

That was AFTER I removed my frog-tog top. The heavy mist was the worst element of the day for me.

Good to see everyone going up there and making the effort. That lake is a monster, especially with all the wind!

Hi Gene, we went yesterday morning and did very well, caught 44 and did not fish in the afternoon we had church. Went this morning for 1.5 hours and caught 21. Got chased off the water by some thunder storms. Still catching good quality fish.

We drove all the way to Crescent on Thursday.... stayed about 20 minutes and packed up and left. Was too rough for our tastes and getting rougher. Sorry we missed you guys.
