    They got to be register/signed in on the "head-count" thread ! !
    Anybody can just go out and grab somebody and say you're in a tourney with me (and if anyone asks, your name is so & so).....
    They got to be certified CC members attending the function, and proving that association by
    signing in on the "head-count" thread .............
