I have had Water Moccassins on my stringer and fall in my boat quite often in Louisiana. I have caught gators while bass fishing with top water baits. I would much rather a gator(the lizard type) in my boat than a cottonmouth. Them things got a nasty attitude fer being an un invited guest.

had a great time and good to see everyone. Thanks to the cooks and helpers for the great food again. Me being a non grit eater I had to try Susan's grits since everyone raved about them. And you know what, they were excellant.

Thought about bringing some gator tail but then thought this guy just wouldn't look right swimming around with out his.
