    Default Saturday 8/4

Well, July came in with the brunt force of a hurricane for us, took lots of blood, sweat, tears and sore musclesbanghead, but we endured and got er done. Now I am going fishing somewhere Saturday. Still up in the air at this point as to where. Any ideas from the peanut gallery is welcome. Where ya'll headed??

I hear ya on the brain cleansing Huntinslabs. Not sure where I be headed if they are calling for wind I'll hit the river no wind I'll be hitting the ICW. Last Saturday the fish were starting to set up on the mud line but I just could not take the heat. Good luck.

There is a good redfish and drum bite in Haulover Canal. Inam hearing trickles of flounder coming in. Things are starting to set up all over. If ya go to the brine look for clean water.

Woodruff sounds enticing, the Highlands Park stretch to the lake has some nice holes if windy, if not, refreshments plus tunes on the lake= R&R everytime. Good luck! However, if you've really got to cleanse maybe phantom can mix-up a batch of cowboy kool'aid, it's a sure bet too have you traveling south headed north.

Think about going or getting into Night Fishing.................
This time of the year is excellant to start learning curve of
night fishing..........and in most cases it is completely different
than pounding it out on day runs and tournaments

Thanks, but if I am out at night it will most likely be with my flounder gigs or shrimp nets.

Night fishing is very relaxing............just you, water, sky and the fishies.................
sometimes it is what the body needs - just to unwind and think -
