I made my last trip to Monroe this morning and did quite well. I wound up with 45, some nice size fish but no slabs. I fished the deepest water I could find and had some luck. All fish were caught on jigs in 7' to 11.5' of water 6' to 8' down. Winds got up pretty good around 11am, I quit fishing around noon. Monroe is my king of lake, I will return next year. This coming week we will be on a cruse but I will give them heck the end of the month at Manatte with Mike, I HOPE. I only took 2 pictures today but I'm having a problem posting for some reason.
