Thread: New Honey Hole - Polk County

IF I ever catch a big crappie...I would place her over my fireplace and mantle...just to piss my wife off a little.

I can understand that............................ i will have these two mounted...........
just don't know where i am going to put them when done................

Wait till you see pictures of today's return adventure to the honey hole
wgts - for total fish, wgts for 76 fish as in tournament and wgt of biggest fish.

we were fishing with 5 other boats in lake most of day, including 3 of local boys.......
not braggin but we "smoked'em"

I have had 2 bass done that both got thrashed in a divorce. If i mounted a fish again i would probably get it done like a jumping fish in acrylic water for a centerpiece on the coffee table.

now almost a year and still the man hasn't finished them yet.......

we had a few words yesterday over the delay and now have promises to ready
for viewing and final finish in about a week..........

Was a shame to take those beauties out of the lake. They are so close to the 3lb mark.
