Took the Gheenoe as didn't know what kind of ramp if any, we were going to find...
Easier to work with it than with the Procraft 180D.

Wind was a real bummer as far as workin the water correctly....first out in am
got 1 lb 7 in the cat-tails, boy or boy blood was really pumping. 3 hrs later still
only had the one fish. Next went after the stump fields.........several jigs later,
couple break offs and ole "G" hung up on downed trees just under water, we gave that idea up. Wind still in hammer mode, now we started long lining starting at
6 ft levels -7 ft level - 8-9 ft level, finally into the 11 - 12 level, slowed speed
way down from 1.5 - 1.7 down to 1.1.... and their they were.......and when they
hit, holly cow, like a sledge - and bigger ones wouldn't come up and lay over.
Most of time thought either it was a bass or big blue-gill. What a rush when you
down into that big mouth comming at you..............and hoping he won't spit or
pull hook out.........Name: (11) 2 monsters, 2 lb, 8.5 oz and 2 lbs, 2.5 oz.jpg
