    Default Lake George

Headed to Astor in early March. Except for when things start falling from planes or the water starts blowing up around your boat, how does one know when they may be bombing on George? Is there a published schedule or any kind of warning? Also, I have heard there are underwater poles around the mouth of George. Are they on the west side of the mouth or straight in front of the jetties?
    Thanks
