I've been told they will read up to an 8gb card, but I use a 4gb because my laptop will only read up to a 4gb card. I guess it's up to what ever else you are going to use the snapshots with, if you will not be using the data on any older PC's that can not read the larger cards you can use the 8gb but if you use HB PC software and your PC will not read the 8gb then your like me using the 4gb but it's got alot of room. I'll shoot up now, hope this helps

I read on Unofficial HB forum you could use up to 32GB card.

32gb card works fine. Stick to major brands. Cant go wrong with SanDisk Extreme III.

    Good Luck,

Yea but if your going to use the data off the card then the laptop or PC will need to be able to read a 32gb card. My work laptop is just 1 1/2 years old and a 4 gb is as large as it will read so people with older pc's will need to use a smaller card or only use it in the HB unit. Then they need to buy the HB PC connect kit to access the data on the card, or some type of external card reader for their PC.
So it's cheaper to use a card that both machines can use. Just my 2 cents.

isn't that why they sell a reader with them??? would the extra reader that comes with the card make it work?
