I had a similar incident happen to me and I drilled two holes into each part of the transducer, ran a section of small gauge wire thru the holes and twisted the ends to pull the parts together. Before the parts come together, place a small amount of epoxy in the cracked area and tighten up. Spread epoxy all around the crack and cover the wire. This will prevent any trash from getting hung up on the wire.
After one trip out on the boat I found that the transducer had bottom bumped and the epoxy had failed, BUT the wire still has the two sections attached.
I have not elected to replace the transducer as this seems to hold things together
