    I measured the temps under the canvass cover on my john boat with my digital remote thermometer. It read 153 degrees F on the inside receiver. I started taking my head units inside.

    Mine was doing it when I'd get ready to leave the lake. Finally figured out it wasn't ready to go home. Went back to fishing and it worked just fine. Told the wife I was late because fish finder wasn't finished yet. Only got a laugh out of her.
