I am thinking about getting the Eagle Fishelite 480 for my C. Skiff boat. Its primary use will be at High Rock Lake. When I go to store the boat inside a gate I will be removing the FF from the mount/boat to prevent someone with sticky fingers from getting it.

If anyone has this unit do you have to have a 4yr. degree to use it? One of my reasons for this unit is to mark structure locations. Please include any computer experience with the memory card.

If you have a better idea for a FF post it.
